These terms apply when you use zomera.net or buy from Zomera. Zomera is operated by Gideon Brosilow, Israel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look a little different on different screens. Our nail clipper sets are personal grooming tools. They are not medical devices and do not treat any condition. If you have a painful, red, swollen, or infected nail, diabetes, or poor blood flow in your feet, see a doctor or podiatrist before trimming at home. Use sharp tools with care and keep them away from children.

Prices and payment Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. If a price was clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Shipping and refunds Our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy (the 30-Day Trim Test) are part of these terms.

Reviews and messages If you send us a review, you allow us to post it on our store with your first name and last initial. We post honest reviews, good or bad, and we do not edit what you wrote except to remove personal details. Tell us if you do not want your review posted.

Limit of liability To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes We may update these terms. The version shown on the day you order applies to that order.
